Refund Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel your appointment.
If you wish to cancel your appointment, we require a notice of at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. In case you cancel before 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, we will provide a full refund.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the quality of our services, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will do our best to address your concerns and provide a satisfactory solution. If we are unable to do so, we will issue a refund of the amount paid for the service.
Return Policy: As our services are purely online consultancy, there are no physical goods involved in the transaction. Therefore, we do not have a return policy.
Services Already Rendered: If services have already been rendered via online calls such as phone, WhatsApp, or Zoom, we do not offer any refunds. This is because our consultants have already invested their time and expertise in providing the service to you.
